It is not true that this world an its people are doomed –

True is: God so loved the world that he sent his only Son
so that all who believe in Him will not be lost
but will have eternal live.

It is not true that we have to put up with inhumanity and
discrimination, with hunger and poverty, death and destruction –

True is: Christ has come that we may have life
and have it abundantly.

It is not true that violence and hatred must have the last word
and that war and destruction will always be with us –

True is: a Child is born for us, a son is given to us, the government
is laid on his shoulder and he shall be called
Wonderful Council, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

It is not true that we have to wait for people who have been
specially endowed with grace, prophets of the Church,
before we can undertake anything –

True is: that God wants to pour out his spirit over all flesh and
your sons and daughters shall prophesy and your old people
shall dream dreams.

It is not true that our dreams of the liberation of humanity, of justice,
human dignity and peace don’t apply to this time and this world –

True is: the hour is coming and now is, when worshippers will
worship the Father in spirit and truth.
